Western Regional Pastorate​

Kigezi- Ankole Pastorate is one of the 5 Pastorate in Western Uganda with its Pastoral offices located in Kabale town, the Pastorate was planted on February 16, 1992. Since then, the Pastorate started many ministries through which it reaches the communities.

Ministry areas according to our strategic plan for the period 2014 – 2020 are Evangelism and Missions; Church Ministries: Women, Men, Youths and Children; Education and Training; and Community Transformation.

The Pastorate has over 13 Assemblies, 70 Churches, 13 Pastors and 11 political Districts Kabale, Rukungiri, Isingiro, Ntungamo, Kanungu, Ibanda, Kiruhura, Bushenyi, Rubanda, Rukiga and rural Mbarara. PAG South Western Uganda has had a lot of work towards Community Development among which includes; OVC care and support services, HIV/AIDS, Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security, Sustainable Livelihoods Improvement and Participatory Evaluation Process/Church and Community mobilization Process.

Church Ministries

Church Minstries

We
are focussing on the GRASS ROOT MINISTRIES. These are youth and women
ministries. This year we are also lauching Men and Marriage Ministry   

 

·     The PAG young leaders’ forum was
launched in October 2024 with clear goals.

1.
To develop the PAG young leaders (pastors,
youth leaders and other ministry leaders) for ministry and leadership

2.
To link with, develop and partner with young
professionals in the market place

3.
Grow our youth ministry at all levels

4.
Two things are happening in this strategic
area: An annual youth conference in each of the four zones in January, May,
August and December; Youth Dialogue meetings; and the general ministers
Capacity building trainings.

Biblical Preaching:
We promote faithful biblical preaching through Veritas training in all all four
centres. (Photos have been attached to this effect.

Revival Conferences: We hold annual revival conferences in the four centres of the
Pastorate.

·
Social Development Services: We reach out to the communities promoting food security and
sustainable livelihoods in the Rubanda District.

Rwenzori Pastorate is one of the 5 Pastorate in Western region of Uganda with pastoral offices located in Kasesa town.

The Pastorate currently has over 11 Assemblies, 70 Churches, 8 pastors, 3 political districts Kasese, Bundibugyo and Kabarole.

Ministry areas according to our strategic plan for the period 2014 – 2020 are Evangelism and Missions; Church Ministries: Women, Men, Youths and Children; Education and Training; and Community Transformation.

The Pastorate has had a lot of work towards Community Development among which includes; OVC care and support services, HIV/AIDS, Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security, Sustainable Livelihoods Improvement and Participatory Evaluation Process/Church and Community mobilization Process.

South West Kigezi Pastorate is one of the 5 Pastorate in Western region of Uganda with Pastoral offices in Kisoro town.

It started in 2004 with focus on organizational capacity building and in support of the already ongoing community development initiatives.

This partnership was and is based on a mutually shared vision of reaching God’s people who are in need, physically and spiritually. It is based on integrity and commitment so that love and trust continue to be built. Since then, the Pastorate started many ministries through which it reaches the communities.

The Pastorate currently has over 2 Assemblies, 14 Churches, 2 Pastors and 1 political District Kisoro, Ministry areas according to our strategic plan for the period 2014 – 2020 are Evangelism and Missions; Church Ministries: Women, Men, Youths and Children; Education and Training; and Community Transformation.

North Bunyoro Pastorate is one of the 5 Pastorate in Western region of Uganda with Pastoral offices located in Masindi town. The Pastorate currently has over 29 Assemblies, 79 Churches, 29 Pastors, 4 political districts Masindi, Kiryandongo, Bulisa and Hoima. The pastorate is overseen by a Bishop and administered by a Pastorate Secretary.
