This annual conference has become a treasured tradition, this being the 9th of its kind. It is designed to strengthen the church’s worship ministry by discipling the worshipers, sharpening skills, deepening understanding, and inspiring excellence. Each year, ministers return home renewed and better prepared to serve their congregations with organized, spirit-led worship.
The program unfolded through three dynamic sessions that maximized engagement and learning. It began with the Lecture Session, where structured teachings offered deeper insights into the character of a worshipper as well as the nuances of worship ministry. Facilitators from the Watoto Church music pastoral team, as well as trainers from the Watoto Music Academy, imparted not only technical skills but also spiritual encouragement, motivating participants to expand their capabilities and embrace new horizons in worship. While Watoto Church handled the training and speaking, PAG Bombo Ministries and Lira City Church worship teams led the churches in worship throughout the conference.

The atmosphere then shifted into the Question and Answer Session, a platform for dialogue where ministers voiced challenges and sought clarity. This exchange of experiences and advice fostered a nurturing environment that encouraged mutual support and strengthened bonds among participants.
Finally, the gathering culminated in the Hands-On Training breakout sessions in the afternoon. Ministers collaborated in groups, actively practicing their skills—whether striking the right chord, harmonizing voices, or capturing worship moments through media. This participatory, interactive approach allowed participants to learn through experience, fostering both personal and collective group learning growth.

Certificates awarded to the pastorates present
Throughout the days, PAG Bombo was alive with melodies, discussions, and laughter. The Worship Experience was more than a training—it was a celebration of unity, creativity, and devotion. It stood as a living expression of our calling to touch and transform nations with the love of Christ.
As the conference concluded on Wednesday, each attendee received a certificate and workbook that would help them kick-start the implementation of what they learned. Quick guidance was offered on how to access online resources compiled by the PAG Buganda pastorate that will be helpful to all. Ministers departed with sharpened skills, renewed confidence, resolve, passion, and a deeper commitment to serve their churches with excellence. The Worship Experience once again reminded us that worship is not only sung or played—it is a lived experience, and a shared life, that is perfected together.
