Church and Fellowship Planting in Schools

PAG (Pentecostal Assemblies of God) Uganda is actively expanding its reach by engaging with secondary schools and universities to establish churches or fellowships. This initiative is part of the church’s mission to nurture and disciple young people during their formative years, ensuring that they grow spiritually as they pursue their education.

PAG Uganda recognizes the crucial role that secondary schools and universities play in shaping the future of the nation. With students facing numerous social, emotional, and spiritual challenges, the church aims to provide a strong spiritual foundation through the creation of fellowships and church plants within these institutions. These fellowships offer a supportive Christian community where students can deepen their relationship with God, grow in their faith, and develop leadership skills.

By establishing churches or fellowships on campus, PAG Uganda provides students with a space where they can freely express their faith and engage in worship, Bible study, and prayer. These fellowships are vital for students navigating the pressures of academic life, peer influence, and societal expectations. The church serves as a place of refuge where students can find encouragement and mentorship from both peers and spiritual leaders.

One of the core focuses of PAG Uganda’s outreach is discipleship. The church works to disciple young people, helping them understand their identity in Christ, live out their faith boldly, and become ambassadors of the gospel within their schools and universities. Through Bible study groups, prayer meetings, and regular fellowships, students are equipped with biblical teachings and spiritual guidance to navigate the challenges of youth and academic life.
